Jill Monum
Vice President, Development & Marketing
Ms. Monum leads Grameen America’s philanthropic and marketing strategies to help advance Grameen’s mission to drive financial inclusion and empower women through financial independence. Jill has spent her career engaged in mission-driven work with a focus on women’s empowerment in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has consulted for national nonprofit organizations, and prior to Grameen America, she managed Avon’s global philanthropy program development through initiatives to end breast cancer and reduce domestic and gender-based violence. Jill holds a B.A. from Arizona State University and an M.PA. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
