Ursula Lalone

Area Director, Northeast

Ms. Lalone is responsible for Grameen America’s operations in the Northeast regions. She began her career with Grameen America in 2012, starting as a Trainee Center Manager at the Charlotte, NC branch. She was then promoted to Center Manager, Branch Manager, and in March 2019, she was promoted to Regional Director, Central and Southeast Region. In 2021, she became the Northeast Area Director. As Area Director, Ms. Lalone currently oversees the operations of 6 branches. Prior to joining Grameen Ursula worked at the YMCA in various roles supporting in the Child Care area assisting the Hispanic members. She was also a pre-school teaching assistant for ESL students. She holds a certificate in Marketing from Universidad Cientifica del Peru.
