Grameen America chosen for the Whole Foods "Nickels for Nonprofits" Drive

We are proud to announce that Grameen America has been chosen for the Whole Foods “Nickels for Nonprofits” drive.  Whole Foods Market brings together shoppers,  employees, and suppliers in their strong commitment to poverty alleviation through microcredit. From January 21st through February 19th, every Whole Foods Market Oakland and Berkley shopper who brings in a reusable bag can donate their 5 cent credit to Grameen America. Each nickel brings our Bay Area women one step closer to fulfilling their entrepreneurial dream.
