Meet Marica

Marica runs a curbside stall selling Ecuadorian jewelry, clothing and knickknacks. She has been running the business for 10 years and is proud of her success. Marica joined Grameen America in 2008 and is currently on her fifth loan. Like many small businesses, Marica's sales fluctuate with the seasons. With her next loan, she hopes to expand her winter collection in order to turn the seasonal lull into prosperous opportunity.
